UNT’s 130th anniversary mark guidelines
UNT’s 130th anniversary mark has been developed for use by UNT divisions, colleges, schools, departments and organizations to provide distinction to communications throughout the year. It can be used to show pride for this important milestone in the history of our university on web and printed collaterals, environmental graphics and promotional items.
The official launch of the 130th anniversary celebration is Sept. 16, 2020 (Founder’s Day), with the official close May 2021 (commencement).
Guidelines include:
- The 130th anniversary mark must appear on all materials for events that are designated as 130th anniversary celebrations including:
- Posters, flyers and other promotional materials
- On websites and with calendar listings (as an accent, does not override established brand guideline for websites at UNT)
- Programs, invitations and envelopes, and other event-related materials
- Environmental graphics (yard signs, pop-up banners, tent banners, hard posters, flags and campus banners)
- Other materials, as appropriate or requested. (Please contact branding@unt.edu with questions.)
- The 130th anniversary mark is not required but should be used as a graphic to enhance other materials produced through the 130th anniversary year including:
- Promotional items
- Advertising
- Publications
- Other materials, as appropriate or requested. (Please contact branding@unt.edu with questions.)
- Use of the 130th anniversary mark must be done in conjunction with the current UNT Identity Guide rules. For all materials that are promoted outside of the DFW metroplex, the letter mark also must be included on the collateral:
