University stationery is the most widely distributed element of institutional communication. Stationery includes all letterhead, envelopes, business cards and official forms. It is available from Printing and Distribution Solutions.
Letterhead
All colleges, schools, departments, divisions, institutes, offices, centers, units and subunits must use the standard letterhead design. The letterhead template is designed to offer flexibility while maintaining consistency. No other logos are permitted on our stationery except accreditation symbols specific to a program or college. The letterhead can be ordered through Printing and Distribution Solutions.
When ordering online, you must provide the following information:

The official letterhead is printed on 24# white, rag bond — 8 1/2 by 11 inches.
Business cards
All colleges, schools, departments, divisions, institutes, offices, centers, units and subunits must use the standard business card design. The business card templates are designed to offer flexibility while maintaining consistency. Business cards are available in two styles and formats. Promotional logos, program or college designs or accreditation symbols are permitted on the back of the card. The business cards can be ordered with an I.D.O. through Printing and Distribution Solutions.
When ordering online, you must provide the following information:

The type font and point size may not change unless deemed necessary by PDS to maintain line consistency. If foreign language cards and multiple addresses are needed, formats for double-sided printing are available. Colleges, schools, departments, divisions, institutes, offices, centers, units and subunits are allowed to have their logos and taglines on the backside of the business cards. Envelopes

Because of space constraints and postal specifications, envelopes offer less flexibility than letterhead and business cards. The envelopes can be ordered through Printing and Distribution Solutions.

Mailing labels
As with envelopes, mailing labels offer less flexibility than letterhead and business cards due to space constraints and postal regulations.

Notepads and buckslips
Notepads and buckslips are considered stationery and are required to use the university lettermark and wordmark combination. All other information is optional. These items can be ordered through Printing and Distribution Solutions.

Memorandum and fax formats
Many UNT offices and departments generate their own internal memoranda and fax sheets on personal computers. Graphics for such sheets should be selected from the UNT marks described in this guide. The sheets should not contain other graphics. The university lettermark and wordmark combination should be included somewhere on the page.
